Within 10-15 minutes, we will review your document, calculate the cost and translation timeline, and send you a proposal via e-mail, which will include: * The volume of the source document in standard pages * Translation direction * Total cost of the order * Completion time (in business days) We always provide information about the exact cost of translation and the deadlines before starting the work and will not begin translation without your confirmation.
If you are not satisfied with our proposals, you can cancel the order without any cost. The terms of the order may be subject to discussion and adjustment depending on the agreements reached. If you agree, please reply to our email, keeping all the main terms of the order.
We can conclude a translation agreement with you, which outlines the main terms of service provision. For each agreement, an appendix is prepared indicating the terms and cost of the translation. MOVAS AGREEMENT.doc
We will prepare and deliver all the necessary documents for your accounting, related to the services provided (contract, appendices, acts, invoices).
